Livestock Vaccination Program — Ankole, Southwest Uganda

Livestock disease costs Uganda's cattle sector over $50M/year. This program vaccinates 10,000 Ankole and crossbred cattle against FMD, ECF, and Brucellosis across 500 smallholder farms in Kiruhura and Isingiro. Returns: UGX 5,000 service fee per head + 40% government co-funding grant from Ministry of Agriculture. FAO Uganda provides technical oversight.
