Solar Home Systems — Rural Masaka (200 Homes)

200 off-grid households in Masaka and Rakai receive complete solar home systems (50W panel, battery, 4 LED lights, phone charging, radio) on a 24-month PAYG lease via Mobile Money. Monthly payment: UGX 25,000 ($6.70). After 24 months the household owns the system. Revenue to investors: monthly PAYG collections minus operations.
